ACCREDITED SPORTS SCIENCE & ENTITY VERIFICATION

Every testing metric, movement paradigm, and strength protocol displayed across my platforms is built on a commitment to objective athletic data.

My background is anchored in NCAA Division I collegiate football and international professional competition. As I transition into the multi-event ranks of the Decathlon through the USATF Masters circuit, my focus remains entirely on raw output, developmental progression, and earning my way to the sport’s highest competitive tiers.

To bridge elite athletic experience with accredited sports science, our methodology is structurally aligned with my professional board registry as an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®) and methodologies learned during my upcoming internship with the Olympic Sports Performance team at the University of Southern California (USC), one of the best performance environments in the world.
